MRDoS Features
MRDoS has quite a bit of features currently available in this release. They include:
- Secure SSH link between client computer and office powered by PLink.
- Password to SSH server is securely encrypted using Triple DES.
- Use of existing Remote Desktop Client thanks to Microsoft.
- Ability for end user to easily test connection availability to your point of presence.
- Seamless interface and shortcuts to ensure end users rarely ever call your companies' help desk.
- MRDoS client automatically updates to the latest version to ensure your end users are running the latest and greatest software (can be controlled by IT department).
- MRDoS is licensed via the MIT (X11) License. This means you are allowed to use this in both residential and commercial contexts. You may distribute the application freely anywhere in the world.
- Excellent documentation available immediately via our website for both the end user and your help desk staff.
- Support plans available if you need instant support via phone, web, or on-site (if local to Dallas, TX).
In addition to the current features above, we will be offering the following upgrades to MRDoS. They include:
- Additional functionality to MRDoS. It will remain free.
- RDoS will be released in the next few weeks. It will contain power user capability allowing power users and administrators to open and control multiple SSH over RDP connections.
- Additionally RDoS will include the ability to specify sharing of RDP resources such as File Sharing, Printers, USB & COM ports, and full control over video quality and resolution.
Note: A small fee will be required to license this application. - ARDoS will be released in the next few days. It will allow an Administrator to push out MRDoS and RDoS configuration files in a variety of methods. It will allow SQL, Active Directory, and other configuration options. It will also allow MRDoS and RDoS to automatically download configuration files which are completely encrypted. This ensures the safety of your Enterprise.
Note: A small fee will be required to license the full version of ARDoS. - MARDoS will be released in the next few days. It will allow Administrators to push out xml configurations to their users. It will also allow the Administrator to freeze updates to MRDoS if necessary.
